Can my probation be transferred?
Yes, your probation can be transferred it will just have to be approved by the Judge. There will also be fees associated with transferring, which include a $125 fee if transferring out of state and a $75 fee if transferring to another county in the same state. Even though you are transferring you must still abide by the rules of our Probation Department here in Owen County.
Can I leave the state while on probation?
Probationers are not allowed to leave the state without first getting permission from the Judge and their Probation Officer. If you are wanting to leave the state we have forms you can fill out and turn into the court for permission.

What if I have a No Contact Order?
If you have a no contact order in your case, you are ordered to fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the no contact order. You are to have no contact directly or indirectly with any person, or persons or places listed in the no contact order
